By engaging WebThreat’s domain scanning and risk monitoring services (hereafter referred to as “Services”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services
1. WebThreat is authorized to perform searches and analyses on your behalf, including but not limited to:

• Domain and subdomain monitoring.
• Credential exposure searches & identifications.
• Identification and monitoring of intellectual property vulnerabilities related to your business.
• GDPR compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Threat intelligence gathering.
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

2. These Services are provided solely for the purposes of security assessment, regulatory compliance, threat mitigation, and risk monitoring. WebThreat does not guarantee the elimination of all security risks or ensure full compliance with applicable laws.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
3. WebThreat is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all findings. We process all data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant international or local regulations.

4. WebThreat will not share, sell, or otherwise disclose any identified information to unauthorized third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.

Client Obligations
5. By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations required for WebThreat to perform the agreed-upon activities (such as data related to your domains, systems, and operations).
• You will provide accurate, lawful and complete information to facilitate effective service delivery.
• You are solely responsible for implementing recommendations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

6. You assume full responsibility for ensuring that the scanning of domains, credentials, or intellectual property complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability
7. While WebThreat employs advanced tools and methods, no security assessment or monitoring service can guarantee full protection against cyber threats. By using our Services, you agree that:

• WebThreat is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing vulnerabilities, undisclosed risks, or breaches caused by third-party actions beyond WebThreat’s control.
• WebThreat’s total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Acknowledgment of Risks
8. You understand and accept that:

• Cybersecurity threats are dynamic and cannot be fully eliminated, even with comprehensive monitoring.
• The results and recommendations provided by WebThreat are based on the information available at the time of analysis and do not constitute guarantees or warranties.

Indemnity
9. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebThreat, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Actions taken based on the findings or recommendations provided by WebThreat.
• Any third-party claims resulting from your failure to comply with the terms of this agreement.

Force Majeure
10. WebThreat shall not be held liable for delays or failures in providing Services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, technological or network failures.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By utilizing WebThreat’s Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and its terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our Services.
